Peer Instructors
Participants (ages 12 and up) who complete the Earn a Bike program may continue by becoming an Earn a Bike instructor. Ultimately, they become the instructors and facilitate the entire program. They insure the sustainability of leaders and volunteers.
Objectives
- Provide participants the opportunity to continue as youth instructors
- Develop 5 youth instructors each year
This year, 16 youths served as peer instructors.
